Cancer is Serious Business

I've read several articles that say there are alternatives to chemotherapy when in comes to curing cancer. After decades and millions of dollars poured into cancer research, why haven't we found a cure for cancer? Or have we?

If there are other means to cure cancer, why are they not made available to the public? Perhaps this video will answer part of the questions.
